Old resort, acquired by Hilton and renovated some time ago. It is well maintained and clean, service is nice, but this is not a 5 star resort in my view. Food was comparable to a full board 3 star hotel. Very small rooms with old school layout, and limited facilities. Would be a borderline 5 star review if it was a 4 star resort

The staff are exceptionally friendly and service-oriented, and the deluxe rooms are fine. However, the hotel was a huge disappointment and did not at all match the photos. The standard rooms smelled musty, as if there was a leak. I reported this and the staff arranged an upgrade, which was great. The food was very disappointing compared to other Turkish all-inclusive hotels, and the sea is definitely not a beautiful bay. This is absolutely not a resort and certainly not the quality you expect from a Hilton brand, let alone worthy of 5 stars. I only endured the stay because cancellation was not possible. I will never come back, not even if I have children. The staff are very warm-hearted that’s basically all that can be said. No value for money; I even regret my stay and the choice to book this hotel. Overall, I am quite disappointed.

UPDATE: the hotel team took my review very seriously, and asked for further feedback. I really appreciate the approach. Attached a picture of a note we received.
Stayed 4 nights, 2 adults + 1 small child (1.5 years old) in the second half of September (off-season).
Rooms: King’s Superior Room, small, cramped with a child. Ground-floor terrace very close to neighbors - no privacy, noise, and cigarette smoke. Mosquito problem despite nets and warnings. Must keep AC on at night.
Food & Dining: Breakfast and dinner are served in one canteen-style restaurant - feels crowded, especially at dinner time, even off-season. Quality and variety is good, but no fresh orange juice or fresh juices at breakfast (not 5-star standard). Coffee is really bad. Dinner 19:30–22:30 = late for families, with long queues at opening. Two à la carte restaurants exist, but one was closed in September, and both require extra payment despite the “all-inclusive” label.
Beach: Very good. Sandy areas + wooden platforms, spacious, doesn’t feel crowded. We specifically chose this hotel because it offers a sandy sea entrance, which is perfect and safe for a small child.
Family & Kids: Stroller accessible with ramps. Kids’ club available (not used due to age). Kids’ pool is shaded — excellent for small children. Evening entertainment for kids from 21:00 to 21:30, small but nice. At dinner, staff refused a simple request to rinse our baby’s silicone plate, saying it was not possible, which felt unhelpful for a supposedly family-friendly resort.
Entertainment & Atmosphere: From 21:00 there’s a small evening program with music and dancing. During the day, starting around 9:00, the pool area has music — relaxing lounge music until about 11:00, which improves the atmosphere. After that, it switches to loud dance beats to support pool activities (e.g., parkour, darts etc). It looks fun for adults, but it’s not suitable if your baby needs to nap by the pool. There are enough garden areas away from the pool for baby to nap.
Service: Staff are generally friendly and welcoming, but some policies and attitudes lack flexibility, especially for families with small children.
Facilities: Very green resort with lots of trees and gardens. No running track or space for jogging. Gym is a decent size and well equipped.
Overall: Feels more like 4 stars than true 5-star luxury.

-update, they offered a bigger room in the main building again with sofa bed. Main building rooms vs club rooms differ quite much- I couldnt agree more to the comment regarding the rooms being cramped. Staying as 3 adults in King Superior room is really not possible at all. There is no place to walk if you stay as 3 adults. These rooms shouldn’t be marketed as suitable for 3 adults. These are basically normal 2 adult size rooms with addition of couch that can turn into bed which is not comfortable at all. To be fair we were aware that there was the couch option however rooms in the pictures looked much roomier, in reality small with no space to turn around.
Besides than that Food options are really varying and tasteful, which we enjoyed. The personnel in the restaurants are helpful and running around to answer everyone’s requests.
Sea is great, sandy beach area really tight as well.

Where do i begin? As a lifetime diamond member this was my first time at this resort and it was complete disappointment. You would think double tree would have a standard!
The location is nice but the hotel offered no shuttles from and to downtown. The real-estate is gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful. They tried to keep up however, as a doubletree, Hilton, it was a very big disappointment. The rooms are moderately small, and dated...which is okay. The service was right marginally acceptable. But the food selection it was atrocious. Whil they head large quantities this election type of quality was very poor. Fruits in the season were not being offered. The types of fish offered were redundant and the same. There is hardly ever.It meats offerings of quality. No alternative milks i.e coconut milk or almond milk offered. The simplest like cherries plumbs nectarines or peaches were offered. Lastly no gluten free offerings!
I have stayed at other all-inclusive resorts in turkey in Antalya and mugla 6 times before and was in awe everytime. But this place never again.
